Private Rooms are perfect for 2 friends or someone looking for just 1 another person to share the room with.

The rent includes the following:

• Electricity charges
• Hi-Speed Internet
• Housekeeping
• Use of Common Areas
• Two-wheeler parking inside campus

Food costs are separate. We charge 200/- plus 5% GST per day for food → 6,000/- plus 5% GST per month per person.

Laundry charges are separate. We charge 100/- per wash cycle.
Shuttle service charges are separate. We charge depending on end destination.

INTERLUDE ETIQUETTE

1. Switch off lights, fans, ACs, TVs and
other electrical equipment when not in
use. Help us save electricity.
2. Inform staff immediately in
case there are service issues in
any areas, including the room.
3. Adhere to the meal timings. Breakfast,
Lunch and Dinner will not be served
outside meal times. Inform the staff if
skipping meals or eating out.
4. Be polite to staff working in the
building.
5. Be appropriately dressed in the public
areas of the building, for instance, the
ground floor lobby and the dining hall.
6. Doors close at 11 pm. Inform
staff if arriving later than 11 pm
or staying the night out.
7. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and
drugs is strictly forbidden.
8. Pay your dues on time.
9. Residents are expected to wash their
personal utensils in the kitchen
provided to them with the rooms.
10. Use the furniture and rooms
provided with care. Any
breakages or vandalism will be
compensated by residents.
11. Be mindful when using common
areas and keep them clean.
12. Do not cook oil-based items in
the rooms.
13. Books available in the common rooms
are to be issused on a weekly basis
through the warden.
14. The roof is forbidden to
residents.
